The main focus of our business is operating our own branded venues, with high standards of service, all-request music policies, and decor designs that our rivals can only dream of.

Also, we don’t believe leisure venues should ever be empty.

We aim to keep venues open by working with landlords across the UK who’s venues are facing closure due to tenant exits. We’ll occupy a venue from the day the existing tenant leaves, keep it open, and hand over to a new tenant when found, thus protecting jobs whilst also working to raise the value of goodwill.

We call this “Tenancy at Will as a Service”.
